Our Chef-led classes continue. Introducing Franco Console, Executive Chef at Larks Restaurant in Ashland. Franco brings a deep passion for farm to table cuisine, working to highlight the best of the region. With experience competing in culinary events, including Iron Chef Oregon, he brings both skill and creativity to every dish. In this series, he’ll also share his thoughtful approach to wine pairings, offering insight into how flavors connect and elevate one another. As a member, you always have priority access to join.
